Program stopped launching in the desktop. Launching it from a commandline worked and then stopped working. 
$ kolourpaint
libEGL fatal: DRI driver not from this Mesa build ('23.2.1-1ubuntu3.1~22.04.3' vs '23.2.1-1ubuntu3.1~22.04.2')
