SUMMARY
KWeather won't launch due to Mesa mismatch

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. snap run kweather

OBSERVED RESULT
$ snap run kweather
libEGL fatal: DRI driver not from this Mesa build ('23.2.1-1ubuntu3.1~22.04.3' vs '23.2.1-1ubuntu3.1~22.04.2')

EXPECTED RESULT
KWeather launches
