Request to add Bikram Sambat, a calendar system, in Alternate Calendar plugin.

The libicu libraray doesn't support Bikram Sambat, so the alternate calendar plugin that depends on it needs to implement its own calendar system. Would you like to contribute?

I wish I could, but I lack programming skills. I can try to find someone who would like to contribute.
