SUMMARY
After being launched once, krunner does not appear anymore.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open krunner (alt-space or from terminal)
2. Close the search bar
3. Try to open it again

OBSERVED RESULT
The search bar does not appear in most cases. If trying to run krunner from the terminal, it prints the following and exits:
QThreadStorage: Thread 0x5daf1ffc1030 exited after QThreadStorage 8 destroyed
QThreadStorage: Thread 0x5daf1ffc1030 exited after QThreadStorage 4 destroyed
QThreadStorage: Thread 0x5daf1ffc1030 exited after QThreadStorage 3 destroyed

If I kill the krunner process, it starts normally one time

EXPECTED RESULT
The search bar appears every time I call it

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This behavior is tested on two different Arch installs, and on one of them, this bug appeared immediately after I updated Plasma from 6.2 to 6.3.
