SUMMARY
I have a fresh install of Nobara and I have set every power management inactivity setting to "never" but after about 3-6 minutes of inactivity  it will dump my desktop back to the log in screen. I had this issue on a fresh install of Bazzite. But I did not have this issue before going to Bazzite which i was still using Plasma 6.3 but was upgraded. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a fresh copy of rather Nobara or Bazzite (maybe anything else with Plasma 6.3)
2. Turn every option in power management to "never"
3. wait about 10 minutes

OBSERVED RESULT
Will dump you to log in screen

EXPECTED RESULT
Never dump you to log in screens
