SUMMARY
The Bluetooth-Headset works well when the laptop is booted freshly (even when switch on/off the Headset (or even the compleate BT) several times). BUT when the laptop is send to sleep and then woke up, the Headset connects without any issue, but when I start a video in the Browser or in VLC the sound works for about 5 sec then has one sec interruption (while the video goes on) and then its again hearable for the next 5 sec.

This behavior can be only solved with a restart - I tried to switch off/on the Bluetooth, remove the Headset from the Bluetooth-Setting and finally logout from the active session, just the compleate restart solved the issue…

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fresh boot to the system, activate BT and connect the Headset works well -> Video's plays normally and the sound is also normally played in the Headset.
2. Put the laptop to sleep while all applications are "running" (doesnt matter if this sleep is just for testing about 30 secs or (my normal expected usage) to put it to sleep for overnight (that I can activate the whole laptop in the morning, where I put it to sleep in the afternoon).
3. Wake up the laptop, connect the Headset and start a video - it will have this 5/1 sec-lag in the audio… (normally I use Brave and video's from YT, but for testing I downloaded also a small video and tested it with VLC with the same result)

OBSERVED RESULT
After wake up from sleep, in the audio of the video-playback on the BT Headset, after (about 5 sec) of correct playback there is a (around) 1 sec pause in the audio, then it "starts" the next 5/1-circle.

EXPECTED RESULT
Constant audio-playback, as it works when I boot/restart the laptop.

We don't mess with playback like this in Plasma code, so it's a bug in PulseAudio or PipeWire or WirePlumber (whichever one you're using). I'd recommend talking to the Fedora folks about it, since they're likely to have encountered reports about the issue as well.
