<B>Urgent Feature request:</B>
One kind of image Gwenview *can't* open is one that's in the clipboard. This should be fixed on all platforms. 

That is all. 

Discussion: 

1) This is a super useful workflow: Copy, annotate, resize, paste (maybe save). 

2) Peer apps that support "Create from Clipboard": Nomacs(L), Irfanview(W), XnView MP(W), Faststone Image Viewer (W),  Windows Photos (W), Preview (M), XnViewMP(M). 

3) Gimp has no less than four different File|Edit functions for pasting an image direct from the clipboard, and yes of course "just use gimp" is a great way to dismiss this feature request. But opening Gimp is too slow, and it is overkill for quick annotating. 

4) Please Please Please. 

5) I bet one of you could do it in a weekend.
