Add an option to use same wallpaper as the desktop for lock screen

SUMMARY
There should be an option in the screen lock appearance page that when enabling it, the lock screen use same wallpaper as desktop. 

Also IMO the "Screen locking - Appearance" page should be somewhere else, maybe next to the desktop wallpaper settings.
