Description fbleichrodt 2025-02-14 12:09:08 UTC
SUMMARY
Black speckles visible in drop shadows of windows.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Look at the drop shadow of a window.

OBSERVED RESULT
The drop shadow of a window is not smooth but shows static black speckles. The speckles stay at the same position relative to the window. This makes them very visible when moving a window.

EXPECTED RESULT
No speckles.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have an intel gpu from 2006

In reality, the speckles are almost black, this does not show that well in the screenshot.(In reply to fbleichrodt from comment #2)
