Description Aston Koena 2025-02-13 13:06:51 UTC
After updating to the latest macOS version, my Mac has become noticeably slow, with frequent freezing and lag. Apps take longer to open, and even simple tasks like switching between windows feel sluggish. I've checked Activity Monitor, and there’s high CPU and memory usage even when running basic applications. I've tried restarting, clearing cache files, and even resetting PRAM and SMC, but the issue persists. Is this a common problem with the new update? What are the best ways to troubleshoot and speed up my Mac?
