multi-window firefox has a new plus color and the drag-n-drop cursor is old

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. ​​open multiple windows of 1 program
2. drag-n-drop file

OBSERVED RESULT
"plus" has different colors, multi-window program takes color from theme, and cursor uses default color

EXPECTED RESULT
"plus" has same color

The change in color to the grouping indicator in the Task Manager was intentional in Plasma 6.3. We wanted to make it less in-your-face attention-getting.

Unfortunately the cursor can't have a similar change (assuming we do end up wanting to make such a change) until we fully embrace SVG cursors.
