Problematic effect

SUMMARY
Drop Shadow does not work. Can't move the sliders or enter values manually.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create any project
2. Add a title in timeline
3. Add "Drop Shadow" effect. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't move the sliders or enter values manually. Basically useless.

This will be fixed in 24.12.2

The nightly builds already have the fix. If you need the XML file urgently, please let me know and I'll DM it to you.
