Thanks for your report! Looking at your screenshot I am not sure where the icons are missing. To me it all looks correct. Could describe a bit more detailed which icons you expected in which place? Please remember to update the status of this bug report when you provide the requested information

The icon has mislead me to believe that the icon is missing like in firefox (and others) missing glyphs are rendered as boxes with stuff inside. I can't quite decipher stuff inside due to poor monitor setup. Examples: https://i.sstatic.net/qjFAg.jpg https://imgur.com/Bm7odiK I would propose to put the star+polygon tool icons as group icon.
