SUMMARY
resizing xwayland apps causes other xwayland apps to lag

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open two xwayland apps.
2. put a video or something on one of them
3. keep resizing the other window

OBSERVED RESULT

laggy video payback on the window

EXPECTED RESULT
window resizes without affecing the other xwayland apps

Can you confirm if this is an issue on any other wayland environment (sway / weston / gnome)

I could not reproduce an issue using Steam + google chrome showing Steam like your video.

on gnome the fps of the animation drops, but never freezes
also changed the browser to chromium from fedora rpm repo to facilitate testing
