SUMMARY
Open new window/new instance with a keyboard shortcut is currently missing.  With a mouse, it's possible with a middle click.  A keyboard equivalent is needed for us who prefer to stick with a keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
Can't activate new instance or new window with a keyboard shorcut

EXPECTED RESULT
Open new window with <Meta>+<Shift>+<number row>
