Hi, 

SUMMARY
as the title says: Would it be possible to build a 32 bit Windows version? 

I have one of those small, old Intel tablets that unfortunately only work well with 32 bit Windows. However, it works nicely as a touch input/second monitor/etc thing to have around. It would be great if I could use Kde connect, for example to quickly send links to it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have crappy old tablet with 32 bit Windows
2. done

OBSERVED RESULT
The Kde connect windows build is 64bit only

EXPECTED RESULT
Would be nice to have a 32 bit one as well
