Open the app menu, right click an app and choose Edit Application 2. Click the app icon 3. In the chooser click Browse 4. Navigate to the folder containing the webp icon OBSERVED RESULT The default filter list is *.ico *.png *.xpm *.svg *.svgz|Icon Files The icon isn't shown in the files you can click on It's necessary to clear the Filter to choose the desired webp icon EXPECTED RESULT webp files are included in the filter list SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.12.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I was updating an icon for an Obsidian vault menu entry when I discovered this. The webp image I used works just fine.
