I put the main toolbar and the location toolbar to be in one line.
However, sometimes, this configuration is screwed, and Konqueror
mysteriously revert to the default position: location toolbar under
the main toolbar.
I can't tell exactly what cause this, as it just happen randomly.
Sometimes, from 2 line the toolbar can revert to 1 line again.

The only clue I got is:
when I remove my $HOME/.kde (thus, fresh configuration), and rearrange
those 2 toolbars to be in 1 line, it works fine, until, I click
a URL from KMail. This cause KMail to open a new instance of Konqueror,
where the toolbars are arranged in 2 lines.
And since then, whenever I open Konqueror (web profile), sometimes
the toolbars are in 1 line, sometimes in 2 lines.

Also, sometimes when I open konq (with blank page), the toolbars are
in 1 line. However, when konq finishes loading a page, suddenly
konq put toolbars in 2 line.
