Freeze when panel unfloat/float

SUMMARY
It feels like plasma freezes for split second while panel floats/unfloats which causes laggy animations.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on floating panel.
2. Make panel unfloat by maximizing a window or moving a window close to it.
3. It feels like plasma freezes for split second.

OBSERVED RESULT
When floating panel unfloats/floats when you maximize a window or touch it with a window plasma freezes for split second which causes laggy animation.

EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma doesn't freeze.
