SUMMARY
Ktorrent initially comes up needing adjustments to it's GUI allowing for field sizes and other minor GUI adjustments like moving columns to different locations.
These adjustments are all lost when ktorrent is terminated via the "Quit" menu option, and is subsequently restarted.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Bring up ktorrent
2.change GUI and field sizes
3.quit from ktorrent
4.bring up ktorrent
5.observe that all previous customizations must be redone.

OBSERVED RESULT
Adjustments to the GUI are lost.

EXPECTED RESULT
Adjustments should be kept.

I'm unable to replicate this on ktorrent from git master. I resized the name column, and it persisted across me quitting ktorrent and reopening.

Can you please try a more up-to-date version of ktorrent and see if you can still produce this issue? 23.08.5 is quite a few versions old.
