SUMMARY
When switching between profiles on android, sometimes the video playback on desktop gets reset.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start playing a video on desktop
2. Switch between android profiles

OBSERVED RESULT
In Firefox the video pauses.
In Chromium the video playback gets reset to beginning of the video.
And mpv just exits.

EXPECTED RESULT
Video playback continues as usual.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
Qt Version: 6.8.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm using GrapheneOS and my desktop OS is Fedora Workstation with Plasma being later installed... I don't expect this to be an issue but in case this bug isn't reproducible for anyone it might just be my setup.
