This is a screen shot of the Resize/Scale window.

SUMMARY
When resizing an image, only pixels are offered for size.  It should also offer inches/mm.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a new or existing image.
2. Select "Image" from the main menu, then select "Resize/Scale"
3. Note that only pixels are listed for measurements. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Only pixels are listed for measurements.

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect to see an option of resizing by pixels or standard measurement such as inches or millimeters.

Windows: No
macOS: No
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
