SUMMARY
Adding a new account screen is blank. Error message "qrc:/qt/qml/org/kde/akonadi/AgentConfigurationForm.qml:106:9: QML ScrollablePage: Created graphical object was not placed in the graphics scene." shows up on terminal.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open merkuro-calendar in terminal
2. Settings > Configure Merkuro Calendar > Accounts > Add account

OBSERVED RESULT
Blank "Add new calendar source" screen, and terminal message "qrc:/qt/qml/org/kde/akonadi/AgentConfigurationForm.qml:106:9: QML ScrollablePage: Created graphical object was not placed in the graphics scene."

Actual add account screen
