STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to https://kde.org/community/donations/previousdonations.php


OBSERVED RESULT
black text on white background, no charts, no fonts (see attachment)

errors in web console:

Was able to reproduce on Firefox and chromium on both linux and android
