Hi,

My Windows 10 laptop is not restarting and only shows a blue screen with nothing else on it. I’ve tried pressing the power button to restart, but it keeps happening. There are no error messages or codes displayed. Can you please help me troubleshoot this issue and suggest possible solutions?
