trembling tasks widget

SUMMARY
Task manager is trembling when new tasks/icons appears  on left side.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add "Plasma Tasks" widget on panel and configure it to show new tasks/windows on left side (default value - show on right side)
2. open new window


OBSERVED RESULT
widget is trembling

EXPECTED RESULT
new icon for window appear on left side without trembling

I can reproduce the issue when using the reversed direction setting.
