SUMMARY
Snap feature not working with Razor tool in Timeline

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Enable Razor tool
2. Make sure Timeline > Snap is checked
3. Make sure Snap magnet icon in bottom right corner is enabled
4. Doesn't work :(

The snap tool is only working in conjunction with alt+arrow.
Do you mean the snap tool should work while you move the Razor around with the mouse?
