Can you attach a screenshot of what's inside each of the two "KDE Daemon" entries?
Sure, and same for KWin, because that one is also duped.

Both "KDE Daemon" entries and the "KWin" entry without an icon can be removed. Unfortunately these kinds of leftovers can happen with big upgrades, and we err on the side of caution by not automatically removing them, lest we break the system. Based on the contents in those files, you can safely remove them yourself though.
I'd be curious though as to what led to duplicate entries being created (and some without icons), and why KDE Daemon can be completely removed for both, including the one with icon and an entry in it?
The items inside them were moved elsewhere in Plasma 6.
