Look at the "Previous page" arrow.

I've noticed that Dolphin is adding false "Previous pages" into fresh new tabs upon restarting.

I've discovered that these false "Previous page" always go to the same address as the folder you were in when you created the fresh new tab.

For example, you are in a folder called "Orange", then open a folder from "Places" or a sub-folder in a new tab, restart Dolphin, then go back on the new tab; it will go to "Orange".
