I typed out a sentence and did a spell-check correct on the word GitLab.

I then accidentally right-clicked on the input box, which was blank, but it still shows the spell check suggestion about GitLab.

Thanks for your bug report! I can reproduce this on Fedora KDE 41, RPM package.
