SUMMARY
I just updated my Linux Mint Xfce from 21.3 (Jammy based) to 22 (Noble based).
In that process the KDEConnect version changed from 21.12.3 to 23.08.5.
In 21.12.3 the file upload prompt defaulted to $HOME/Desktop.
In 23.08.5 the prompt defaults to $HOME only.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KDEConnect under Xfce
2. Click on "Share File"

OBSERVED RESULT

Upload prompt defaults to $HOME

EXPECTED RESULT

Upload prompt should defaults to $XDG_DESKTOP_DIR or be configurable.
