SUMMARY
android app version 1.32.5

"Notifications" vs. "Permanent Notifications" not clear and probably wrong behaviour

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE Connect App on Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S8)
2. Use app to connect to linux pc, transfer some data.
3. Disconnect app from linux pc so that there is no ongoing connection and also no data transfer latent.
4. Slide down notification screen, delete all notifications .

OBSERVED RESULT
4. If no connection nor data transfer are ongoing between phone and pc the app notification is still visible and cannot be deleted.

EXPECTED RESULT
4. After deleting all notifications on android phone also KDEConnect app notification icon should disappear.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The app does have a notification setting in menu that says "Dauerhafte Benachrichtigung - Klicken um die Benachrichtigungseinstellungen zu aktivieren/deaktivieren" ("Permanent Notification - click to activate/deactivate notification settings") which is misleading as it is unclear what a "permanent" notification should be as a notification is  normally shown when something happens and then can be cleared nevertheless. App has then menu "Show Notifications" and "App-Symbolindicator" of which it is not clear why the app should be shown vs. an indication should be shown. Turning "Benachrichtigungen zeigen" to off removes notification icon as originally intended but it is not clear if app will ever show a notification again or in which way this is "permanent".
