video showing the described behaviour

Not sure this is a kwin issue, but it occurs with multiple applications.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use a computer with touchscreen and latest maliit 2.3.1 installed
2. open firefox, dolphin or pamac as maximized window
3. open an application with text input (e.g. the terminal), and select the text input field using the touchscree, so that the on-screen keyboard opens.
4. use the mouse to open the maximized window in the background

OBSERVED RESULT
The on-screen keyboard gets minimized, the previously opened window gets opened but only occupies half the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
The on-screen keyboard gets minimized, the previously opened window gets opened in maximized mode, occupying the entire screen.
