SUMMARY Widgets forget their size if any part of it is dragged out of the desktop and is set to a default value. STEPS TO REPRODUCE Drag widget out of the desktop. Works both on edit-mode(zoomed out) and just dragging without edit-mode. EXPECTED RESULT Place the widget at the edge while remembering it's size. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: Arch Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.90 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0 Qt Version: 6.9.0 Kernel Version: 6.12.9-arch1-1 (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland
> dragged out of the desktop Where are you dragging it to?
> Where are you dragging it to? Sorry for not being more specific. Limiting the movement of the widget is based off my cursor reaching the edge of the desktop. In a case where the widget size is big I can drag most of it out of the screen, in which case the highlight and the actual size of some widgets is reset to 1x1 grid size. Highlights always go to 1x1 while the actual widget size is limited by it's minimum size of course.
Thanks. Can you attach a screen recording that shows it happening? I can't reproduce this on git master myself.
