SUMMARY
The "Modern Application Launcher menu" stops responding and responding to actions after quickly moving the mouse cursor across the menu tabs.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the "Modern Application Launcher Menu".
2. Quickly swipe the mouse cursor up and down on various tabs ("Favorites", "All applications", "Graphics", "Games", etc.) for 5 seconds.
3. Try to interact with the menu (for example, click on an item or close the menu).

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu stops responding to any user actions: applications do not open, the menu does not close, and no buttons work.

EXPECTED RESULT
The menu should remain responsive and function correctly regardless of the mouse cursor movement speed.
