SUMMARY
It would be nice for parity with old ksysguard (which had this), and it's nice for checking if something has finished writing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Shuffle through available sensors in System Monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
Find that there's no writeback and dirty memory sensors

EXPECTED RESULT
Those should probably be there to match what ksysguard used to have
