example pdf with comb fields

SUMMARY
Currently if you have a 'comb form field' in a pdf (sometimes referred to as 'cells' in field) they render correctly BUT if you're entering a pdf while in 'show forms' mode it doesn't do any of the spacing which both me and others who i've shown it too find very confusing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download attached test file
2. Open in okular and press 'show forms'. enter some numbers/characters
3. You'll see that the characters don't space correctly.
4. turning off 'show forms' does show them correctly spaced.

The problem with this is that it's not clear to the end user how many charachters each field should have for example. Plus in general the layout looks weird

Show forms is just for editing, what we do is correct in my opinion, I can't really see why you get confused by the fact that you have a line edit to edit the field.
