SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch application
2. While navigating to 'Add Sequence'
3. Application crashed

OBSERVED RESULT
High CPU usage before the crash

EXPECTED RESULT
Should have worked normally, without crash, as no other application except Google Chrome and KDenLive

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10

Thank you for reporting

I see on the clip in the project bin that there is an exclamation mark. Hover over this exclamation mark to see what it’s showing up. I guess you have to right click that clip and choose “convert to edit friendly format”. Then you can drag/drop it to the sequence.

If that is working, we should add a warning for such cases.
