My display-settings are built-in laptop screen 2880x1800@125%, and ext. monitor 31840x2160@100%

Start the following applications on laptop-screen:
easy-effects UI
Move mouse from desktop into the easyeffects window.
The cursor size changes and gets bigger (pointer, window-size cursors at window-border).
All other ui-elements of the window (e.g. context-menu icons) remain sized 'normally'

Now, move the EE-window to the 100% 4K monitor
Move the mouse into the window ... no change in cursor size

i already filed another issue (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=498248) that looks pretty much similar, but here the problem is on the 4K screen instead of the laptop screen...
