SUMMARY
As of today (2025/01/14), the Bing Picture of the Day provider stopped working. The plugin attempts to fetch the following URL:

https://www.bing.com/HPImageArchive.aspx?format=js&idx=0&n=1

Attempting to fetch this with e.g. wget results in a 0-byte file. It seems Bing changed where the images are located.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Bing Picture of the Day as the wallpaper.

OBSERVED RESULT
Blank wallpaper.

EXPECTED RESULT
Bing Picture of the Day as the wallpaper.

Update: If I go to the URL with Chrome, the URL listed above *does* result in a JSON describing the image information. With Firefox or wget, it's blank. It seems they're blocking certain user-agents.

The wallpaper works and that URL loads for me in Firefox, FWIW. Fedora 41 KDE.

URL works for me as well in firefox as well as the actual functionality in plasma.
