Description me 2025-01-13 19:13:14 UTC
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. go to settings -> colours & themes -> Night Light
2. set Switching times to "Sunset and surise at current location"

OBSERVED RESULT
Does not stop "Locating...".

The device cant use gps or cell tower triangulation since its a desktop pc, so it must be attempting to use GeoIP.
Clicking the link leads to "https://geoip.com/privacy/" with the message "The domain name is parked using the Epik parking platform.".
I guess GeoIP doesnt exist anymore...

EXPECTED RESULT
Find the location and set Sunset and sunrise properly for current location.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 41
KDE Plasma Version: 6.2.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.10.0
Qt Version: 6.8.1
