SUMMARY

Starting from Plasma 6.2.4 and with VScode 1.96.2, menu bar at VScode is not accessible anymore.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. At KDE Plasma background services, start the Application menus daemon
2. Open VScode
3. Access VScode menu bar

OBSERVED RESULT
Menu bar not accessible by any means, even forcing options. Only after forcing Title Bar to custom instead of native, it started to work again.

EXPECTED RESULT
VScode menu bar visible when Application menus daemon is running.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Current work around is to stop the Application menus daemon.
