SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  No idea, updating ubuntu and 'The KDE Crash Handler closed unexpectedly...Please manually report this error.'  Reporting as requested.  I'm not gonna make the determination on bug/not-bug.  You decide what you want to do.  I'm simply following directions.

EXPECTED RESULT
Black screen. Apps still function, as does mouse and keyboard.  Ubuntu upgrade completed as expected.
