after image removal, arrow navigation stops working

SUMMARY

1. Image natvigation with arrow key on Gwenview randomly fails.
2. It always fails when image files are added or removed on directory it's opened from.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a directory containing images.
2. right click any image and click "Open with gwenview"
3. check arrow navigation of images inside directory working.
4. delete an image.

OBSERVED RESULT

arrow navigation suddenly ceases to work till ESC -> enter key is pressed.

EXPECTED RESULT

arrow navigation always works regardless whether an image is modified in directory.

Hi - I cannot reproduce on my Fedora KDE 41 device below. Not sure how, but perhaps there's some impact from rendering non-Latin characters? (My device's locale is US English)

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=464451 might possibly be relevant as well?

the bug persists on purely ASCII paths as well. (e.g /run/media/home/scarf/Pictures/Wallpaper/backup/)

I also cannot reproduce. Is this still an issue?
