SUMMARY
System freezes on waking from sleep/hibernate (AMD GPU/CPU)
Behavior does not reproduce on cosmic

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Suspend or hibernate
2. power on from suspend

OBSERVED RESULT
Session is frozen and not intractable

EXPECTED RESULT
Can interact/log in

Switched to X and suspend no longer freezes the system as seen on wayland.

KWin isn't responsible for suspend - almost certainly it's just triggering some driver bug. Please report this at https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues
