Many feeds do not contain the complete article text but only a teaser (e.g. https://www.heise.de/rss/heise.rdf). It is useful to fetch the complete article text such that you don't have to open the feed in the browser. It shall be possible to enable this per feed (such that it's not used for feeds which contain the complete article text already).

This can be implemented with qreadable (https://invent.kde.org/ccarney/qreadable), which should become part of Frameworks (https://invent.kde.org/ccarney/qreadable/-/issues/1).
