Description Marco Silva 2025-01-01 13:47:45 UTC
SUMMARY
In dolphin there is a setting in Interface->Folders & Tabs for "opening new tabs":
a) "After current tab"
b) "At the end of tab"

OBSERVED RESULT
However it always does b) and opens a tab after all others, even when I choose the first option.

EXPECTED RESULT
Lets say in dolphin I have already 5 tabs, if I have the first tab focused and I create a new tab (via menu or with Ctrl+T), it should open between the 1st-2nd tab, not be placed at the end as the 6th tab (respecting the setting a) that I previously chose).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In dolphin settings, Interface->Folders & Tabs for "opening new tabs" choose "After current tab"
2. Open 3 tabs.
3. Go to first tab and do ctrl+T to create another tab
4. Check that new tab got placed at the end (incorrectly, ignoring the setting)
