SUMMARY
Currently tabbar follows the global theme or the Window Color Scheme.

Since we already have color schemes for the main window, it would be great if we could change it to a color that matches the theme.

We already have Tabs section where we can change the tab color somewhat (only underline, not the background color and selected/not selected tab colors, that would be great to have too)

It can be changed through css, but GUI could be easier to setup

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Edit current profile -> Tabs

OBSERVED RESULT
We can only change tab color,  not the tabbar itself

EXPECTED RESULT
We can change tabbar color
