SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select color 
2. press shortcut key to increase value to black
3. try to lighten selected color 

OBSERVED RESULT
when reaching black the value selector jumps to unsaturated black when attempting to lighten with shortcut key values stay in greys

EXPECTED RESULT
expected  value of saturation to lighten when using shortcut key
