the "main toolbar" is not displayed when activating full screen. i think it should be visible in this mode too, as it contains important information (page number) and user interactions (e.g. page up/down and zoom). at least give the user the choice wether they want it to be displayed or not in a way that actually works permanently. right now one can indeed make the main toolbar to be shown, but in order to achieve this, one has to: 1. uncheck "Lock Toolbar Positions" in any toolbar's right-cklick-menu 2. only after the "Lock Toolbar Positions"-checkbox has been unchecked, the entry "Toolbars shown" will be displayed in said right-click-menu. Now you can choose "main toolbar" to be shown. 3. major inconvenience: one has to repeat this every time one activates the full-screen-mode again, because the changes are not permanent. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. activate the full screen mode (F11) OBSERVED RESULT main toolbar is not displayed EXPECTED RESULT main toolbar should be displayed. (or main toolbar should be displayed PERMANENTLY after selecting it in the way described above) SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We defined that full screen will hide the main toolbar.
then so should the annotations toolbar...
well actually it makes sense not to hide the annotations toolbar, because one might want to edit a pdf in fullscreen... anyways i can also add all my relevant actions to the annotations toolbar, so it's even a "works for me"
